4.1 Acceptance

By booking or signing the agreement, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.

4.2 Assumption of Risk

Using inflatables, structures, and furniture carries inherent risks (falls, slips, collisions). You agree to hold us harmless for damages or injuries, including negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

4.3 Safe Use (Customer Duties)

  • Continuous adult supervision on inflatables.
  • Level, clean, obstacle-free site; disclose underground utilities.
  • No food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, or shoes inside inflatables.
  • Do not exceed weight/capacity; avoid rough play.

4.4 Damage, Loss, Deposit

You are responsible for damage, loss, or theft. Irreparable damage or loss may incur replacement value. A refundable deposit may be required.

4.5 Law & Venue

Governing law: State of Washington. Venue: King County, WA. For complaints, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
